I have just got Vera McLuckie and the Daydream Club for my 8 year old girl who has dyspraxia/dyslexia and is undergoing further assessments. I think she is going to really enjoy reading this and wonder if you plan on this book being the first in a series? She also attends a specialist school for Dyslexia and related learning difficulties and I think they will really love this book also.

Thanks so much for getting in touch with me. I hope your daughter enjoys reading about Vera – I’d love to hear from her when she’s finished the book! And yes, I’m currently writing book two in the series (hopefully due out in 2018). Watch this space for more news.
Regarding your daughter’s school, I wonder if you would be able to lend them your copy of the book when your daughter is finished reading it. I would also be very happy to get in touch with them directly to answer any questions they may have.
